Gloria Laster has more than 30 year's experience in community and governmental relations, marketing and public relations. The Laster Group, a company she formed in 1987, has been involved in many political campaigns on the state and local levels.

Gloria served on a former governor’s inaugural transition team. Active in the community, Gloria currently serves on numerous boards including the National Voting Rights Museum and Institute, The Alabama New South Coalition and the 21st Century Youth Leadership Training Project.
